Got Cheese?

In Wisconsin, it had to happen: we now design CHEESE labels, too! We've been helping to create the Arthur Bay Cheese brand right here in Appleton, Wisconsin. The new products -- as well as a variety of regionally-produced cheeses and other goodies -- can be found at the Arthur Bay Cheese Company store which opened in 2008 (Yes, that is the "old Manderfield's Bakery" location at 237 E. Calumet St.). And at VERY reasonable prices, comparable to or lower than local grocery stores. They're also featuring foods from another of my favorite places (but one I can only get to a few times a year), Bearcat's Fish House in Algoma.
